My Glowy, Dewy, and Clear Skin Products

Hello ladies!

If you read my post about skincare, you probably noticed that many of my tips were about gut health, food intake, and changing your lifestyle.

While that is still my primary and BEST advice that I could give, I recognize that skincare products also play a huge part in helping to alleviate skin problems and create a natural and glowing look.

Along my skincare journey, I have found the products that help me achieve that Victoria's Secret model glow and I am so excited to share them with all of you!

Here are my glow-y and dewy skin care products:

1) Aveeno's Positively Radiant Skin Brightening Scrub

I LOVE this product. Not only does it smell amazing, but it actually works. I initially found it on Pinterest. If you search "skin care" on Pinterest, you'll find aplethora of Snapchats and other pictures of products that people are loving right now. Thank God for that because I love this one!

2) Thayer's Witch Hazel

As I mentioned in my YouTube video (at the bottom of this page), Witch Hazel is magic in a bottle. It is completely natural with no alcohol and is incredibly gentle. It doesn't dry out the skin at all, and really balances skin tone and complexion.

3) Mario Badsescu SPF 30 Oil Free Moisturizer

Having sunscreen as a part of your daily skin care routine is really the secret to protecting your skin and maintaining a youthful glow. The sun is so incredibly powerful, and no matter what skin color you have, you should be using sunscreen every, single day. Mario Badescu's SPF 30 Oil Free Moisturizer works wonders for me because my skin does not respond well to overly oily products and it protects from the sun. This product has been vital in my skincare transformation.

4) Accure Blue Tansy Night Oil

I mentioned in my video how absolutely gobsmacked I was when I tried this product for the first time just last week. I am already obsessed with it. It's so lightweight, but gives my skin a chance to rejuvenate overnight by moisturizing it, while not making it oily. It smells so lovely and isn't sticky and heavy like many other skin oils, This was an amazing drugstore find.

5) CeraVe Hyaluronic Acid

Now that I've done some more research on hyaluronic acid, I know much more than I did when I filmed my video. It promotes supple skin, can heal wounds and can even relieve joint pain. For our purposes however, we'll be using this product for the soft and supple skin benefit. I love how lightweight this product is and I use it every night just before applying the blue tansy oil. 6) Makeup Brush Cleaner!!!

I can't emphasize how important it is to clean your makeup brushes. I can't believe I wasn't doing this before starting my skincare journey! It genuinely never even occurred to me! But this is imperative. You have to clean those makeup brushes AT LEAST once a week to prevent putting the same dirt, grime and bacteria on your face every day. This is my favorite brand of brush cleaner. You don't need to have the brush cleansing machine, just some soap, water and your hands!

7) Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water

Micellar Water is all the rage right now, and as much as I hate jumping onto bandwagon's, I actually really like this product. It removes so much more makeup than wipes and is much more gentle on the skin. All you need is cotton balls or cotton pads and you're good to use it!

8) Bliss Jelly Glow Peel

And finally, the newest addition to my glowing skin routine. The Bliss Jelly Glow Peel! It is a soft and gentle exfoliating face mask that has a fun jelly consistency. It's definitely different than any other mask or peel I've ever used; but when using it the night of a date with Cain or when I want extra glow this product is my go to while I'm getting ready.

That's it for my glowing and dewy skincare products. These products seriously help me to achieve that runway glow and I am so glad I found them! Not only do they work, but they're also incredibly affordable and easy to find at drugstores or on Amazon. And your girl is all about that drugstore skincare!

THE FEMININE FANCY
