How to Dress More Feminine in 2020

Happy, Happy New Year everyone!

I hope everyone is filled to the brim with love, happiness, holiday cheer and LOTS of good food. I know I am.

The other night, I was laying in bed with Talenti's Coffee Chocolate Chip ice cream (as one does), and watching YouTube videos, when I stumbled upon a video by Fashion Mumblr in which she detailed the fashion styles that will become popular in this New Year.

To be honest, I'm less than thrilled.

Based on what she saw on the runway this season, there will be a lot of short suits, tank tops, and other styles I'm not sure I'll be sporting.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with those styles, in fact, I've seen many girls sport short suits at Miss USA and look absolutely fabulous. For me however, it's not my preferred choice of attire.

As I sit here typing, watching season 1 of Downton Abbey, I long for a return to the time when women wore long dresses, large hats and gloves. Granted we do not have a Royal ruling class here in the US and expectations of women are quite different than they previously were. Nevertheless, these ladies were SLAYING in every sense of the word.

Pearls, fascinators, riding horses side saddle. It's all so regal.

In 2020, I want to make even more of a concerted effort to dress in a more feminine, traditional fashion.

In my latest YouTube video, I'm giving you ALL of my tips on exactly how I plan on doing that!

Check it out and make sure to comment how you plan to dress traditionally in the new decade!
